I've been using this app for over two years.... it's been amazing....only today that I'm trying to pay my bills and it's not allowing me to .... the whole day it's been acting on me and i don't know what to do anymore

It's unsafe! I've used it on the odd occasion where the transaction failed to go through or it went off twice, which was rectified...I could deal with that. However, straight after my last use, 5 fraudulent transactions went off my account using the card details I had loaded on this app. I haven't used an atm in years and this app is the only app I had loaded my debit card. And also dissapointed with and lost trust in Capitec for the lack of feedback and not retuning all the money back to me.
